Renewing your real estate license for the first time?
The Florida Real Estate Commission rules require anyone with a Sale Associate license to complete 45 hours of Post-License education prior to the deadline of their first license renewal. You MUST complete the Post-License course before the deadline. There is no grace period. Failing to do so will result in your license becoming null and void.
