  • Get Your Real Estate License in Just 3 Easy Steps

    Step 1 Successfully complete the pre-licensing course.  The course is offered in classroom and online formats.

    Step 2 Submit a state application and electronic fingerprints.  All applicants must be 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or equivalency, and a valid social security number. For students in Florida, visit Online students should visit their state’s Real Estate Commission for details.

    Step 3 Pass the state exam. Our program is designed to enable you to pass your state exam with ease and obtain your real estate license.

  • Great Career Outcomes

    Once you complete the exam you are free to select the brokerage you want to work with.  It generally takes a few days for your license to show up in DBPR, however once your brokerage has parked your real estate license with their company, you are ready to begin your career!
